Trail Forge is a brand operated by TRAILFORGE LLC, the legal entity responsible for this website and all communications you may receive from us, including emails and SMS / text messages. References in this Privacy Policy to "Trail Forge," "we," "us," or "our" mean TRAILFORGE LLC doing business as Trail Forge.

What Information We Collect

  • Payment Information: Credit card details (processed securely through Shopify Payments — we never store your card data)
  • Order Information: Products purchased, vehicle fitment details (year, make, model, trim), order history

SMS / Text Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile phone number at checkout or sign up for our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (such as cart reminders, order updates, shipping notifications, and promotional offers) from TRAILFORGE LLC d/b/a Trail Forge at the mobile number you provided.

  • Sender: All text messages are sent by TRAILFORGE LLC d/b/a Trail Forge. Some messages may identify the brand "Trail Forge" rather than the full legal entity name; in either case the sender is the same company.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to agree to SMS marketing to buy from us.
  • Message frequency: Up to approximately 8 messages per month for marketing, plus transactional messages tied to your order activity.

  • Privacy: Mobile information collected through the SMS program will not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
