  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or product information errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
  • Vehicle fitment (year, make, model, trim) is confirmed at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate vehicle information.

4. Orders, Payment, and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order only when we send a written order confirmation. Acceptance of payment does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, mispricing, or fulfillment limitations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free shipping is available for orders to the United States (Lower 48) and European Union.
  • Production time: 5 to 10 business days. Shipping: 20 to 25 business days for U.S. standard delivery.
  • Shipping times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs inspections, and other factors outside our control may extend delivery windows.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier delivers the package to the shipping address you provided.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Our return and warranty terms are set forth in our Refund Policy. In summary:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery date
  • Prepaid FedEx return label provided for approved returns
  • 15% restocking fee may apply to changed-mind returns (waived for defective items or our error)
  • 2-year manufacturer warranty on materials and workmanship under normal use

By providing your email address or mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional and (where you have opted in) marketing communications from TRAILFORGE LLC d/b/a Trail Forge.
