Shipping Coverage

TrailForge offers free standard shipping on all orders within:

  • United States (Lower 48 states)
  • European Union member countries

Other destinations may incur additional shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

All TrailForge seat covers are custom-cut to your specific vehicle's year, make, model, and trim. After your order is placed:

  • Production: 5 to 10 business days
  • Quality Control: 1 to 2 business days

Shipping Time (US Standard)

  • Standard delivery: 20 to 25 business days from tracking creation
  • International transit + US customs clearance: ~14 to 20 days
  • Final FedEx domestic delivery: 2 to 4 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email once the package is handed to the carrier. Note: during international transit and customs inspection, the FedEx tracking page may show limited activity until the package enters the US domestic network.

Express Shipping

Express delivery available at additional cost (calculated at checkout): 12 to 18 business days total.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details are emailed to you automatically. Track anytime at:

  • Order Status page on trail-forge.us
  • FedEx tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address you provided. If you need to update an address after ordering, email info@trail-forge.us immediately — we can update before fulfillment but not after the carrier has accepted the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Wait 24 hours (occasional carrier scan errors)
  3. Contact info@trail-forge.us if still missing — we will file a carrier claim on your behalf

For visibly damaged packages, photograph the box and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
